BRING THE ZOO TO YOU
Bring zoo animals to your group with our ‘Zoo to You’ outreach programs!
We travel Wednesday – Friday (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.) to public venues within Dane County (some restrictions apply). Learn about our Education Animals and meet them up close! This is a great option for senior centers, nursing homes, grade-level school assemblies, after-school clubs, scout groups, community festivals, and grown-up clubs too!
Zoo to You programs are up to one hour long, and feature live animals and educational content shaped by Next Generation Science Standards. Choose from a variety of themes to fit your age group and area of interest.

Zoo to You program pricing starts at $150 for off-season, and $175 for our busy season.
Large group assembly programs, and program locations farther from Henry Vilas Zoo have an additional cost.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks advance notice for scheduling.

Please note:
- Presentation staff is scheduled specifically for individual presentations. 24-hour notice of cancellation is required and greatly appreciated.
- Animals cannot be presented in food preparation or dining areas.
- There are seasonal temperature restrictions for the safety of our animals.
- This program travels to public venues in Dane County only; we are unable to present this program at private residences.
- Weekends and off hours may be available by request.
